On December 2, 2025, at the ZFC Group-hosted Beauty Gala, the Image Design Professional Committee of China Hairdressing and Beauty Association (CHBA) was officially established. This marks a new era of professionalization, standardization, and systematic development for China’s image design industry. As the leading initiator, ZFC Group leveraged its deep industry influence and resource integration capabilities, joining hands with top domestic beauty schools and experts to bring this national platform to life. At the ceremony, CHBA leaders presented the committee plaque. The committee aims to build an authoritative platform integrating industry standards, talent cultivation, technical innovation, and resource collaboration, ushering in a new chapter of shared growth.
专委会第一次工作会议同步召开。与会委员围绕行业标准建设、职业培训体系完善、产教融合等核心议题深入讨论，明确了工作规划，专委会将成为行业与政府、教育、市场之间的桥梁，切实解决人才培养与市场需求脱节的痛点。

From April 19 to 21, 2026, the committee’s annual meeting was successfully held in Wuhan under the theme “Gathering Strength, Walking Together.” The meeting was co-organized by Meiying Dongfang ZFC Group, Wuhan Manjianghong, Shangshan Fengshang, and Time Aesthetics schools. All members gathered to review achievements and plan next steps. The meeting approved the expansion of membership, bringing in outstanding talents. Committee Director Zhao Fucheng fully recognized the members’ efforts, emphasizing that the committee will continue to focus on industry standards, talent cultivation, and technical innovation, and called on everyone to work together for high-quality development of the beauty industry.
